Q: Why do I often get voicemail when I call the office?
A: We're a small practice and are often with our patients when you call (585) 266-1220. We do check our secure voicemail many times during the day. For an extreme emergency or if you feel you are in labor, call our answering service: (585) 258-1923.
Q: Are you accepting new patients?
A: Both Joan and Davya are accepting new patients. Dr. Howitt is only accepting new patients on a referral basis at this time.
A: For a GYN visit, we try to schedule you with the provider of your choice depending on availablity (your own and the provider's). For prenatal care, we like you to meet all of the providers.
A: Dr. Howitt and Joan share call for deliveries, so either of them may deliver your baby.
